Join us to earn the:

The Presidential Volunteer
Service Award

Kindness-Heals Village is a certified organization for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) which is a national recognition program that honors individuals, families, and groups for their volunteer service, recognizing those who meet specific service hour requirements over a 12-month period or for lifetime contributions.

Led by the AmeriCorps and managed in partnership with Points of Light, this program allows Certifying Organizations to recognize their most exceptional volunteers. So volunteer hours must be completed through a certified organization, such as Kindness-Heals Village, which is recognized as a certified PVSA organization.

The PVSA promotes volunteerism and recognizes significant community contributions. By working with Kindness-Heals Village, participants can work towards earning this prestigious award.
